New legislation in recent years such as The Residential Tenancies Act 2004 has formalised the responsibilities of landlords in relation to their rental properties and landlords must comply with the legislation. We ensure that all properties we manage are fully compliant and registered with the PRTB. We look after all other aspects of the tenancy from sourcing tenants to ensuring rent is paid each month.

The majority of our “Property Management” clients are happier to let us take care of everything in relation to the property including rent collection. We contact our landlords if there are issues needing their consent such as the purchase of new equipment or repair work, otherwise we deal with all tenant queries and ensure the property is well kept and rent is paid on time.

Bridge Signs was initially a part-time venture operating at Bridge Street, Headford (hence the name) but the company soon went full time with the growth of business and have recently moved to a custom built 500 square metre facility in Ballinrobe, Co Mayo.

Bridge Signs design, make and install signs for a variety of uses — ranging from interior (Hotels, pubs, offices etc) signs to exterior (shop fronts, site billboards, neon signs, swing signs etc).

They now also offer a printing service for business cards, complimentary slips, fliers and posters up to A3.

At Bridgesigns their focus is on quality and commitment to their customers.

They manufacture and design most of  their signs inhouse.
